These are my Happily Ever After Novel Thoughts…
This book has a great plot and a lot going on. I really enjoyed it but it’s narrative makes for a slower read and I’m not used to that.
The way Jude and Kate think blows my mind. And now they have children!! I can only imagine what the children think and it’s a little terrifying.
When things in suburbia start rolling downhill, they inevitably pick up steam and bring everything with them.
At times it was a little hard to follow but once I was on track, I was glued and needed to keep reading.
If you’ve read Water Under the Bridge, grab your copy of this book and go in search of your Happily Ever After, but be careful!
He’s a contract killer. She likes to even the score. Smack dab in the middle of suburbia, few married couples are as competitive as Jude and Kate.
But then, most married couples don’t keep score in the form of body counts. Each hell-bent on a silent pact to out-do the other, the games begin.
Who ends up on top is anyone’s guess. But with these two, one thing’s for sure— not everyone comes out alive.
After all, there are a few things they can agree on: All is fair in love and war. And if they can’t make it work— they’re dead in the water.
